Elliot Sims was named deputy minister of regulatory accountability and associate clerk of the executive council for legislative and regulatory affairs. As the former Manitoba director for the Canadian Federation of Independent Business, Elliot is well-versed in red tape issues and highlights the government’s focus on reducing the regulatory burden on business.
