Brian Gilbertson, Senior Strategy Advisor, Prairie Sky Strategy (Ottawa)
Brian has gained extensive senior government relations, stakeholder engagement, issues management and communications experience through his 20 years of government, post secondary and private sector service. He spent seven years working on Parliament Hill with Agriculture and Agri Food Canada, Social Development Canada, the Federal Economic Development Initiative for Northern Ontario (FedNor), International Trade and Indian & Northern Affairs Canada.

Tom Lukiwski, Senior Strategy Advisor, Prairie Sky Strategy (Saskatchewan)
Tom brings with him over 17 years of experience to the Prairie Sky Team. He has gained extensive knowledge of all government departments and how they operate and has served in a number of strategy, marketing and business development capacities in Regina. He was first elected as Member of Parliament in 2004 and continued to serve in this role until 2021 before choosing not to seek re-election. While in government, Tom served as Parliamentary Secretary to the Government House Leader for 9 years and in this role was involved in introducing and ensuring passage of legislation.

Richard Truscott, Vice-President, Prairie Sky Strategy (Alberta) – Moderator
Richard is a veteran of Alberta politics with over 30 years of experience in public policy and advocacy, government relations, crisis and strategic communications, public relations, and issues management. For more than a decade, he served in senior leadership roles with the Canadian Federation of Independent Business (CFIB), the nation’s largest association of independent businesses. Early in his career, Richard spent 5 years working for the Leader of the Official Opposition.
