Cam brings more than 15 years of senior-level experience in government, opposition, managing provincial and federal election campaigns, and helping organizations navigate complex public policy, regulatory, and Indigenous relations environments.  He is known for building enduring relationships with elected representatives, Indigenous leaders, stakeholders, and government officials.

Cam served in British Columbia governments under former Premier Gordon Campbell and former Premier Christy Clark, including as Chief of Staff to the Minister of Aboriginal Relations and Reconciliation.  In that position, he played a key role in securing natural gas pipeline benefits agreements with First Nations in northern British Columbia, work that helped create the foundation for BC’s LNG industry.  Cam later served as Chief of Staff to the Minister of Natural Gas Development and Housing, and as Ministerial Advisor across multiple economic and resource portfolios, including forests, natural resources, community development, as well as jobs, tourism, and skills training.

More recently, Cam held senior leadership roles in the Official Opposition, serving as the Director of Strategic Initiatives and Caucus Services and Director of Research for the BC United/BC Liberal caucus.  He was responsible for stakeholder relations, caucus operations, and research oversight to support the Leader and MLAs.  During the 2025 federal election, he served as Campaign Manager for Ellis Ross, Member of Parliament for Skeena-Bulkley Valley.

Across his government and political roles, Cam has developed deep expertise in government and community relations, stakeholder engagement, Indigenous consultation, and issues management.  He brings a collaborative, pragmatic, solutions-oriented approach to helping clients build strong relationships and navigate complex regulatory and community environments.

Born and raised in Quesnel, the heart of British Columbia’s Cariboo region, Cam earned his degree at the University of Northern British Columbia in Prince George, where he also served as President of the Northern Undergraduate Student Society.  He lives in Victoria and enjoys visiting historic sites, museums and travelling.
