Lauryn Sterzuk

Lauryn joined Prairie Sky Strategy in 2026, bringing experience in administration, operations, customer service, and client support. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Calgary and is known for her strong organizational skills, positive attitude, and people-focused approach.
Prior to joining Prairie Sky, Lauryn worked as a Child and Youth Care Counsellor with Hull Services, supporting students with diverse needs in educational settings. Her varied professional experience has equipped her with strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
Lauryn teaches Lagree fitness classes at Lagree YYC. She is passionate about wellness, healthy eating, and maintaining an active lifestyle, and holds several fitness and nutrition certifications.
In her free time, Lauryn enjoys spending time outdoors, whether hiking, golfing, biking, running, skiing, or swimming. She also loves reading, cooking and baking, and spending quality time with friends and family.
