Jeff brings 30 years of experience in the private, nonprofit and public sectors in Saskatchewan, BC and Alberta. Prior to starting Prairie Sky in 2013, Jeff spent five years as Chief Operating Officer at Impact Society and 15 years in the financial services sector with Investors Group and RBC Dominion Securities.
Experience:
Marnie Dawson is the Sr. Manager of Greenfield Origination at Boralex Inc. Prior to joining Boralex Marnie was Principal, Renewable Energy & Utilities at Prairie Sky Strategy. She has been involved in the renewable energy industry since 2004 as both a consultant and developer, living in both Ontario and Alberta and has worked on projects across Canada as the industry as grown and developed.

SENIOR STRATEGY ADVISOR
Kevin has vast experience in the private, public and not for profit sectors over the past 30 years. Kevin joined Prairie Sky Strategy in March of 2018 and enjoys working with a variety of clients. Prior to that, Kevin served as an MLA for Regina Northeast and served in Cabinet in several different capacities including Finance, Advanced Education, Parks, Culture and Sport and as Minister Responsible for SaskTel.
Experience:
Douglas is Chairman of the Clean Resource Innovation Network (CRIN), a not-for-profit organization dedicated to advancing clean technology in Canada’s energy sector, based in Calgary, Alberta.
Previously, Douglas served as a Managing Director at ARC Financial Corporation. In that role, he oversaw private equity investment projects with a focus on the oilfield services sector and worked closely with portfolio companies. During his over 20 years there he served on a number of boards including public, private and not for profit.
Patricia brings over 40 years legal and corporate expertise to the board of directors of Prairie Sky.
She retired in 2023 as a partner with McKercher LLP in Regina. As a leading corporate and commercial lawyer, she led many transactions integral to Saskatchewan’s economy specifically in agriculture, energy development and creative industries. In addition to a strong M&A and lending practise, Patricia was an advisor to numerous organizations on governance and succession.
We leverage our many years of board experience and work in the not-for-profit sector to provide pro bono service and financial support to community and charitable groups.
Organizations our team has sponsored or volunteered with include local food banks in major cities across Western Canada, the Canadian Mental Health Association, and the Canadian Little League Baseball Championships.
